So for this you can use Voxli, it is an online service which lets you make conference call and chat with up to 200 people simultaneously. No one needs to register to Voxli to use it, one person can simply open Voxli.com, share the unique URL with everyone and start your conference. To use this you don’t even need to download anything.
Voxli will be more useful when you need to talk with someone (anonymous) online but you are not sure that you should share your (GTalk, Skype, etc) ID with him/her. There is just one downside that sometimes it creates few seconds delay in voice.
