Today in this post I will tell you about a Google Chrome extension which is going to definitely useful for you if you are very active user on Twitter. Twitter is one of the most popular Social Networking site on the internet. And there are bunch of desktop and web client for Twitter user. But I found Chromed Bird a Google Chrome extension one of the best Twitter web client. It provides you more then what you can do using Twitter.com.

I am a very active user on Twitter and while using this extension I found it very to useful and easy to use. Let see the some features of this extension

  • Shorten long URL using bit.ly, j.mp, is.gd, goo.gl, mcaf.ee and many more (also you can use your personal account’s API to shorten your URL)
  • Follow/Unfollow anyone
  • See tweets from any specific user
  • Add and remove tabs of timeline, search, list inside extension
  • View where shorten URL taking you (by hovering over them)
  • View all the Tweets in one tad named Unified
  • You can Compose, Reply, ReTweet, Share, Favorite and Delete tweets
  • Get notification when any nee tweets arrive
  • Search tweets
  • Save your searches and get updates on it
  • When a new tweet is available you will able to see which tweets you have read and which tweets you haven’t
  • Mark all tweets as read in one click
  • Very light in weight

Get Hotmail Alias Email Address Without Creating New Email Account

Hi! Everyone, hope you all are fine.
Today in this post I will tell you about Hotmail new feature by which you can get additional email address in your existing Hotmail account. Hotmail recently announced a new feature called Hotmail alias.

It will help you in managing more than one email address in same account you don’t even need to create a new email account for that you can use in your existing Hotmail account.

It will help you like if you want to manage different email address for personal use, professional use and daily newsletters updates. And like if you were asked to give your email address in some websites but you don’t trust (may they can SPAM you) on those websites, so you can create a temporary email address using Hotmail alias so if they SPAM you can delete that email address at any point of time.

To get an alias email address just

  1. Go to Hotmail.com
  2. Login to your account
  3. At the left column click on More actions for inbox (when you bring the cursor on Inbox folder)
  4. Select Create a Hotmail alias

    5. Create a Hotmail alias

  5. Type the email address you want
  6. Click on Create an alias button

    7. Create an alias

  7. Now give the name of the folder in which those email will come (or if you want they will come to inbox instead of any separate folder)
  8. Then click on Done button

    9. Great, we're setting up your new alias

Now use that email ID wherever you want. Every time you will create an alias email address you will receive an email Hotmail Team that Your new Hotmail alias is ready.

To delete alias email address

  1. Go to Hotmail.com
  2. Login to your account
  3. Go to account.live.com/ManageAssocIds
  4. Beside ever email address you will see written remove, click on the one you want to remove

    5. Your Hotmail email addresses

  5. Then they will ask you to conform that you want to remove this email address, click on Remove button

    6. Remove an email address

Now your alias email address is removed.

You can only have maximum 5 alias email address in a year and all total you can have 15 alias email address.

If you want to see what he will see go to the same link you send to your friend and you will get to know. How To Auto Import Blog Feeds To Facebook Notes

Today in this post I will tell you how you can auto import your blog post into Facebook Notes. Whenever you make a blog post you post your new post link to Facebook, Twitter and other places manually but using Facebook Notes you can update your Facebook Pages automatically whenever you make a blog post. Facebook Notes

  1. Go to Facebook.com
  2. Login to your account
  3. Go to your Facebook Pages in which you want to add Facebook Notes auto update
  4. Now click on Notes tab (if you don’t have Notes tab click on + sign and click on Notes)

    5. + sign -- Notes

  5. At the bottom-left column click on Edit import settings

    6. Edit import settings

  6. Now give the URL of you blog feed at the place of Web URL: Enter a website or RSS/Atom feed address
  7. If you accept their agreement then tick that box
  8. Click on Start Importing button

    9. Import an External Blog

  9. Once detect your feed you will see all your post in the feed imported to Facebook
  10. Click on Confirm button

    11. This is a preview of SJbn.Co's imported blog.

Now in every couple of hours Facebook will search for new updates in your feed if they find anything new they will post it in your page as Notes. But once the Notes get created you will not able to edit it.

Image Light Box For Blogger.com Blog And WordPress Blog Users

Today in this post I will tell you how you can use Light Box in Blogger.com blog. Light Box is an image viewer and all of you must have show the Image viewer on my blog, if you didn’t show click on the below image to see demo.

When I was on Blogger.com I wanted this feature on my Blogger.com blog but didn’t knew how I can use it but when I shifted to WordPress I finally got it on my blog and if you are also on WordPress you can use Slimbox plugin. And if you are Blogger.com user and want this on your Blogger.com blog here how can

  1. Go to Blogger.com
  2. Login to your account
  3. Now go to Design –> Edit HTML

    4. Blogger Dashboard -- Design

  4. Their search for <head> opening tag
  5. Copy-past the below code just after the <head> opening tag

  8. Go to Blogger.com
  9. Login to your account
  10. Now go to NEW POST
  11. Compete your post (write, insert, whatever you want to do in that post)
  12. After you competed (also inserted the image) click on Edit HTML tab
  13. Add this code in every a tag before every img tag
    14. rel="lightbox[ALBUM-NAME]" title="IMAGE-CAPTION"

    For example see below

  14. Now change the ALBUM-NAME and IMAGE-CAPTION with your album name and image caption
  15. And publish the post

You can use the left and right arrow key to change the image and Esc to close Light Box. If you want to make more than one set (album) of images in same page change the album name in the other set. The difference between in both the set (album) is you can’t change the image without closing the image viewer (Light Box)
