ZOHO Viewer As A Temporary Document File Hosting Service

Today in this post I will tell you about Zoho Viewer. Zoho Viewer is an online document viewer/editor/sharing service by ZOHO. Which let you upload file and view it in any web browser without installing anything in your computer. It also has a feature like Google Dcos Viewer which let you view any type of document, just by using the document link. Without requiring you to sign-up for an account.

Features
1.       You can set expiry date after which the file will automatically get deleted from ZOHO server
2.       If you didn’t selected the Publish this document your file will get deleted as you close that window/tab
3.       You can upload file size up to 10MB
4.       Upload multiple files at a time
5.       You can upload PDF, MS Office files, OpenOffice.org file, HTML and many more
6.       You can edited the file after uploading it
7.       View file online document without downloading
8.       Embed file in your blog or website

To upload your file, go to zohoviewer.com or viewer.zoho.com and to upload multiple files at time go to www.zohoviewer.com/Upload.jsp or viewer.zoho.com/Upload.jsp.

How To Download Your Data From Facebook

Today in this post I will tell you how to download your Facebook Data on your computer. Facebook recently added a new feature by which we can download our Facebook data in a zip file, in that zip file you will find your Profile Info, all your Wall posts, all your Photos which you have uploaded, all Videos that you have uploaded, name list of your Friends, Events which you have attended and private Messages you send/receive to/from your friends.

Here are the steps to download your Facebook data
1.       Go to facebook.com
2.       Login to your account
3.       Now select Account (top-right corner) –> Account Settings

4.       There you search for Download Your Information beside that you will see written learn more click on it
5.       Now at the bottom-left corner of the page you will Download button click on it

6.       Again they will ask you to click on Download button click on it

7.       Now you have to wait for a while they gather all your photos, wall posts, messages and other information. It might take hours, in my case it took near about two hours

8.       To check whether your download is ready or not follow the step 3 and 4, if your download is not ready the you will its written Pending…

9.       If your download is ready you will get an email (in registered email ID) or you can go to the page directly as I told in step 8 (to follow step 3 and 4)
10.   For secularity they will ask you to reenter your password

11.   Now click on Download Now button, you can see the file size below the button

Send Large File To Anyone Using Adobe SendNow

Hi! Everyone, hope you all are fine.
Today in this post I will tell you how you can share files using Adobe SendNow. Adobe have started a new online service called SendNow, which let you send file to anyone you want.

For free account Adobe SendNow lets you send file up to 100 MB and the file will automatically get deleted after seven days or you can delete it manually whenever you want (before seven days from the time you have uploaded). Total you can keep up to 500 MB. you won’t be able to send more than one file at a time. To use this service you need to sign-in if you have an account in Adobe.com or you can sign-up for free.

For Premium account Adobe SendNow charge $9.99 in that you can send up to 2 GB file for windows user and 1 GB file for Mac user and your file will never get deleted automatically till you don’t delete it or you can set the time limit. Send more than one file at a time. All the file you will send, you will get conformation that your file is sent. And even you can track when you file is been getting downloaded.

Here how you can send file
1.       Just go to SendNow.Adobe.com
2.       Sign-in/sign-up to/for your account
3.       Select Send Files tab
4.       Now select the file you want to send
5.       Type the email address to whom you want to send and other details
6.       Then click on Send Now

However still there is limitation is sending file like Music, Video, Fonts, .exe, WinRAR and etc. Currently you can only send files like PDF, Zip, Office files and etc.
