Protect Your Files From Printing Useless Files Using WWF
Hi! Everyone, hope you all are fine.
Today in this post I will tell you how you can protect your PDF files from letting it get print and also by helping in save some papers. There is an organization called WWF who came up with a great idea to save the trees, wild life and our environment. So if you have your colleagues, friends or family members who print useless emails, documents and other such stuffs sent by you, then you can prevent your file from letting them to get it print.
WWF origination made a new file format called .WWF which is similar to PDF just with a difference which is you won’t be able to print that file. Anyone can view that file in any PDF reader but with the printing option disable.
Here how you can save files in .WWF
1. Go to SaveAsWWF.com
2. Download the software (available for Windows and Mac)
3. Now install that software in your PC
4. After it get install it will ask you to restart your PC once
5. Now if you want to save any file in .WWF
6. Just use print option (Ctrl + P)
7. You will see a new printer name have came in your printing option
8. Select SAVE AS WWF
9. Then click OK button
10. Now it will ask you to save the file
11. Just save it wherever you want
12. It may take few seconds to get save
And now you can view or send that file in anyone you want. It can be viewed in any PDF reader and it can be also viewed in Google Chrome browser. But to the person whom you are sending this file don’t have this software install then you can change the WWF file extension from .WWF to .PDF now they will also won’t understand that this file can’t get print.
Note: – When you save file in .WWF that software will add a extra page in the last which tells about WWF origination and spread the awareness about environment (see the below image to see how that last page look like).
And also before you save it in .WWF and closing it, just save copy with you in its original format otherwise you may not able to edit that file in future.

How To See Hidden Files And Folders Your Computer

Today in this post I will tell you how you can hide, unhide and see the hidden files in your computer. I know many of you know about this, it is for those who don’t know and want to know. Two years back I huge too don’t know how I can see the hidden file in my computer but I know how to hide it, I hide my many files but didn’t know that how I now see them and every time I have call my brother to unhide them and he is also not telling me how he do and he don’t even do in front of me. But later on somehow I get to know how he do (don’t remember how I get to know) so now I am sharing it whit you how you can hide, unhide and see hidden files.

To hide any file(s) or folder(s)
1. Go to the place where that file or folder is
2. Right click on that file/folder icon
3. Now select Properties
4. Select General tab
5. There you will at the bottom under Attributes called Hidden
6. Select the box beside Hidden
7. Click on OK button
Now that file/folder is hidden
To see any hidden files and folders
1. Open My Computer
2. See at the top in Menu bar
3. Select Tools –> Folder option
4. Now select View tab
5. There you will see writer Hidden files and folders under Hidden files and folders
6. Select Show hidden files, folders, and drives radio button
7. Click on OK button
Now you can see all hidden files and folders in your computer. Hope this will help you in hiding your files and folders.

How To Make Use Of Windows Key In 20+ Ways

Today in this post I will tell you how you can use Windows Key in many different ways. Windows key is the which have four squares made on it and stuck in the middle of Ctrl and Alt key (left side of your keyboard), Mostly use (if anyone use it)as the shortcut key for opening Start menu

- + F = Search window (to search files and folder in your computer)
- + G = Bring Windows Sidebar gadgets in front and makes the focus it
- + L = Lock the active user (if it is password protected) and switch user
- + R = Opens Run dialog box
- + T = Focus on items opened in Taskbar
- + U = Open Utility Manager also known as Ease of Access
- + M = Minimize all window
- + Shift + M = Restore windows that were minimized with + M
- + F1 = Windows Help window
- + Alt + Entre ↵ = Open Window Media Center
- + 1 / 2 / 3 / 4 and so on = Switch between windows
- + + / - = Open the Magnifier Utility
- + Ctrl + F = Find Computer
- + Ctrl + Alt + Entre ↵ = Open Properties of any selected files and folder
- + Tab ⇆ = Change/cycle focus on desktop and Taskbar (may not work if all application is not minimize)
- + Pause / Break = System Properties
- + Shift + ← / → arrow key = Move the active window from one monitor to the other (when more than one monitor is used)
- + Ctrl + Tab ⇆ = Focus goes to Quick launch toolbar (use Tab, left arrow and right arrow key to navigate) (may not work if all application is not minimize)
Note: – Some of the function may not work in Windows XP. If you don’t have Windows key on your keyboard then you can use Ctrl + Esc to open Start menu.

Few days back I have upgraded my computer from Windows XP to Windows 7 and I m so excited to write so many thing on Windows 7 and I will try to do so. How To View And Change Any Type Of File Extension

Today in this post I will tell you how you can see and change the extension of any file. It happens many times when we want to see what the file extension of the file is but we couldn’t able to as because it is hidden. And sometime even we need to change the file extension for some work but as because it is hidden we couldn’t able to. So this post is for those how don’t know how to see the file extension of any file.

Here how you can see if it is hidden
1. Open My Computer
2. See at the top in Menu bar
3. Select Tools –> Folder option
4. Now select View tab
5. There you will see written Hide extensions for known file types
6. Uncheck that box
7. Click on OK
Now you will able to see the extension of all files
If you want to change extension of any file, just change whatever written after dot (.).
Note: – Whenever you change any file name and extension is not hidden don’t change the name after dot (.) otherwise that file may not work.
