Today in this post I will tell you how you can give backslash (\\) in your WordPress blog post. Few days back I tried to give backslash (\\) in a blog post but don’t know why it wasn’t appearing I tried to search a lot but couldn’t able to find reason behind this then I ask one of my friend to test and tell me, he told it is working fine then to test by myself by setting up a demo blog and it was working fine there also, so it means this was happening because of a plugin but it’s quite hard for me to check every plugin because there are many plugins I am using.
But there are two other solutions for that are
- Use html code for backslash \
- Use double backslashes \\\\
Suppose if you want to display one backslash then you need to use two backslash (\\\\) and if you want to display two backslash then you need to use four (\\\\\\\\).
For me this problem was only in body of the blog post not in title. If you know because of which plugin it is happening or is there any other reason then plugin do let us know. If you have any question or problem let me know.
