Today in this post I will tell you how you can save Microsoft Office Excel document into XML format. Most of you want to create PDF files but most of the PDF apps which can create PDF are paid apps. And there are very less tools and utilities by which you can save any document into PDF but for that you need to install that app and they are not stand alone. But Microsoft has finally introduced an option in Microsoft Office 2010 by which you can save your Office documents into PDF.
Here how you can
- Open your Microsoft Office document (which you want to save into PDF)
- Click on Files –> Save As or press F12 (shortcut key)
- Now navigate where you want to save your PDF
- Give the File name
- Now from Save as type drop-down option select PDF (*.pdf)
- Click on Save button
