If are going to install any torrent client (like BitTorrent, µTorrent, etc.) just to download few MB file, so it’s better to use a web based torrent client. There are few website and a browser that lets you download torrent without installing any torrent desktop client.
Opera: Opera have a feature in their web browser that lets you download torrent files directly without using any other torrent client. You can simply download .torrent file, open it with opera and it will start downloading.
BitLet: BitLet is a web based torrent client, it runs on Java to download torrent file in your computer. for some reason if your internet got disconnect or your computer got turned off then you can from where it stopped. It also has a bookmarklet for your web browser so that you can simply get a link which will let you download from BitLet.
Wyzo: Wyzo is add-ons for Firefox which have mane features in it. It not only lets you download Torrent but also accelerate your download speed of other files (which you normally download). And it have many more features.
