Today in this post I will tell you how you can use Gmail new lab feature called Background Send. When we send an email we always have to wait for a second or two to get that email sent and when we send email to large number of people or with big attachments it even takes more time to send. Yesterday Google announced a new feature in Gmail labs by which now you don’t have to wait for an email to get sent.
Just go to Gmail labs page and enable Background Send option and now whenever you will send an email you don’t have to wait for your email to get sent. As soon as you click on Send you will be in your inbox page and you can continue your other works.
In case if your email didn’t got send you will see a warring on top asking you to fix it you can either fix it at that moment or you can fix it later, if you decide to fix it later then Send error link will be showing till you don’t fix it. The possible problem could be that you have given an incorrect email address or there is a problem in internet connection. If you closed your Gmail tab/window before your email could completely able to get send or if you didn’t fix it then you will probably lose that email.
