How To Convert Your Office Documents Using Zoho Viewer

Hi! Everyone, hope you all are fine.

Today in this post I will tell you how you can convert your documents using Zoho Viewer. Before I told you about how you can use Zoho Viewer as a temporary file hosting at that time you can only view and edit your documents but now Zoho have added one more feature by which you can convert your office documents in other format. Like you can convert Microsoft Office Word 2007/2010 DOCX file to DOC – Microsoft Word Document, ODT – OpenDocument Text, RTF – Rich Text Format, TXT – Text Document. Without requiring you to sign-up or sign-in for an account.

Here how you can do

1. Go to viewer.zoho.com

2. Click on Convert tab or directly go to viewer.zoho.com/converter

3. Click on Choose file button

4. Navigate and select the file you want to upload

5. Now select the file format you want to convert into

6. Click on Convert button

7. Now your file will start downloading automatically

You can convert the following file formats

Microsoft Office: – DOC, DOCX, XLS, XLSX, PPT, PPTX, PPS

OpenDocument: – ODT, ODS, ODP

OpenOffice: – SXW, SXC, SXI; OTHER FORMATS: RTF, TXT, HTML, CSV, TSV

Note: – You can’t convert any file format to any file format you want. After you navigate and select the file (step 4) then you will get the option in which file format you can convert into.

Animation In Google Docs (Demo Slam)

Today in this post I will show you an animation created using Google Docs. Google Docs is an online web app where you can do thing what you do using Microsoft Office. Where you make your school/office project/presentations etc.

Few weeks back three animators in three days and from three different cities to crate this great animation Google Docs, it’s a presentation of 450 pages. Where each page (slide) works as each frame of animation like flipbook. Let’s have a look to it

How To Get Beautiful Themes And Wallpaper Of Windows 7

Today in this post I will tell you how you can get some cool themes and wallpapers for your Windows PC. Few days back I have upgraded my computer from Windows XP to Windows 7 and I m so excited to write so many thing on Windows 7 and I will try to do so. As Windows 7 is a new version so it will defiantly have lots of things changes and new, same goes for themes.

To change theme in Windows 7

1. Go to your desktop

2. Right-click on it

3. Select Personalize

4. Now just click on the theme which you want it on your PC and it will get applied

Note: – But when you will reboot (restart) your PC then the wallpaper will get change to default. So it won’t get change just select the wallpaper you want from that wallpaper folder and make it permanent wallpaper just right-click on that wallpaper and select Set as Desktop Background.

ALERT: Be Careful From Hacker Pranav Jain

Hi! Everyone, hope you all are fine and safe from hackers.

Today in this post I will tell what I never thought I will be posting on but I have to so that what happed with I don’t want it to done with you all. There is a person who’s email ID is pranavalwar@gmail.com and tells his name Pranav Jain and in PayPal his email ID is pranavalw@yahoo.com and in PayPal his name is given as Alok Jain, PayPal info I got form TechPatio where he have made one more crime as freelance writer.

On 8^th October i got his friend request on Facebook I don’t add people whom I don’t know but add very less people who is blogger so I added him as I show him in a blogger group. Probably once in a week or two he asks me something through Facebook chat. And from last two-three weeks he was trying to get my trust on him so he can trap me in his web (like spider web). He started with he want to open a site where people can create their own page using WordPress interface for free and they can put whatever they want. So he wanted me to help him financially in that site but I told I don’t think it’s a good idea as because there are many such site are available, anyhow if you still need my help I can give you server space from my HostGator a/c. But he rejected me by saying that he needs access to cPanel to make change in database whenever he wants. Then he told, he will search for a sponsors (for $200 :P) which he didn’t got. After when i asked him did he got any one to sponsor he told no and I dropped my that idea and thinking of something new and at that same time he told he want to show me something funny he made I told ok send me he gave me a link where he have hosted that file so when I downloaded it and run that file I got a popup saying Your computer is not supported so I told him about it after 10 min I got his reply saying try this (with one more link) again I downloaded and run that file got same popup saying your computer is not supported.

After one hour I got a popup saying logout and re-login to your Facebook account. When I show that popup I understood that this Pranav Jain have done something in my PC by sending me that file. But thanks a lot to Akshay Aggarwal (one more blogger friend) who is the author of Screamable and Gadgets n More to help me out from this virus on my PC. Now because of file which Pranav Jain sent to me he got full access on my PC and can see anything and actually it was not virus it was a RAT (Akshay told me) that’s why my anti-virus couldn’t able to catch it and I haven’t installed Firewall on my PC which can alert me.

So Akshay and my suggestion for you all is use good antivirus and should have Firewall installed in PC and if possible you can also use antispyware. You can use Kaspersky Total Security
or BitDefender Total Security both provides all the three things. And one more thing don’t add people you don’t know as I told before also and now see I only got in that trap, so be very careful.

How To Download Your Data From Facebook

Today in this post I will tell you how to download your Facebook Data on your computer. Facebook recently added a new feature by which we can download our Facebook data in a zip file, in that zip file you will find your Profile Info, all your Wall posts, all your Photos which you have uploaded, all Videos that you have uploaded, name list of your Friends, Events which you have attended and private Messages you send/receive to/from your friends.

Here are the steps to download your Facebook data

1. Go to facebook.com

2. Login to your account

3. Now select Account (top-right corner) –> Account Settings

4. There you search for Download Your Information beside that you will see written learn more click on it

5. Now at the bottom-left corner of the page you will Download button click on it

6. Again they will ask you to click on Download button click on it

7. Now you have to wait for a while they gather all your photos, wall posts, messages and other information. It might take hours, in my case it took near about two hours

8. To check whether your download is ready or not follow the step 3 and 4, if your download is not ready the you will its written Pending…

9. If your download is ready you will get an email (in registered email ID) or you can go to the page directly as I told in step 8 (to follow step 3 and 4)

10. For secularity they will ask you to reenter your password

11. Now click on Download Now button, you can see the file size below the button
